Cast Iron Nachos Canadian Cast Iron Nachos


Once you make nachos in cast iron, there's no going back.

Cast iron retains the ovens heat which helps to perfectly melt the cheese throughout all of the layers while crisping up the edges. Enjoy melty and delicious nachos every time.

15 minutes prep / 10 minutes cook / 4-6 servings

Shallow & Deep Skillet 


  • 1 Bag of restaurant style tortilla chips
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1/2 pound marble cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Jalepenos 
  • Tomatoes
  • Bell peppers
  • Green onions
  • Black Olives
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Green onions
  • Parsley


    1. Preheat phase. Place your shallow skillet on low-medium heat for about 5 minutes and preheat your oven to 350°F.
    2. Gather and prep your ingredients.
    3. Once properly preheated, add your protein of choice to your Castle Iron.
    4. Place nacho chips in your deep Castle Iron and add a layer of cheese, bacon, onions, peppers and black olives.
    5. Continue adding layers depending on how many people you plan to serve.
    6. Bake your Deep Castle Iron in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and add garnish.
    7. Add your garnish. We drizzle Siracha across the nachos and add fresh parsley. Place the skillet on a hot plate in the center of the table.
